I’ve had the Fuji S5000 for more than 4 years now. I love this camera. I initially thought of opting for a TelePhoto, then Macro but then i saw the uses of Wideangle Lens and finally ordered this to my friends address in the States.

When I recieved the product it was a pleasant surprise. It had an attached Macro Lens which I did not know about and this can be dis-mounted from the main Lens. I tried a few shots and as the others pointed out it gives out about 30% – 40% extra coverage with minute or No loss of quality.

The build quality of the lens is Excellent. But when mouting the lens there is an Odd squeak (Prob cos my camera adapter is Plastic and the Lens Shell is Metal)

All in all, Excellent product. If anyone has a Fuji or any camera, i’d strongly recommed this Lens

Sad we can’t get any such accessories in India. But I am glad I made this purchase…..
